Job Post – Accountant / Bookkeeper (QuickBooks Online)

Position: Accountant / Bookkeeper for USA
Location: India
Salary: ₹15,000–₹26,000 per month (higher for strong experience)
Work Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST

Responsibilities:
Daily bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online (QBO) USA accounting
Bank and credit card reconciliations
Accounts receivable/payable management
Vendor & customer statement preparation
Monthly financial reporting (Balance Sheet, P&L;, Cash Flow)

Requirements:
CA Inter qualified (preferred) or equivalent accounting background
Minimum 1.5 years experience with U.S. bookkeeping (GAAP exposure)
QuickBooks Online skills (ProAdvisor certification a plus)
Excellent English communication (written & verbal)
Perfect in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reconciliations, reporting)
Detail‑oriented, reliable, proactive communicator
