Position: Web Developer (WordPress, WooCommerce & Shopify)

About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Web Developer with hands-on experience in WordPress Core, WooCommerce, and Shopify. You will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining e-commerce websites, translating UI/UX wireframes into functional, visually appealing web solutions. The role includes front-end and back-end development, theme and app customization, and optimizing sites for performance and SEO.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain websites on WordPress, WooCommerce, and Shopify platforms.
Develop and customize WordPress plugins based on client requirements using PHP and WordPress coding standards.
Create WooCommerce-compatible functionality snippets that work seamlessly across all supported versions.
Build custom post types, widgets, shortcodes, and custom elements for page builders.
Should have strong knowledge of MySQL and WordPress global variables.




Customize and integrate themes and plugins for e-commerce stores, including custom Shopify sections using Liquid and WooCommerce extensions.
Convert UI/UX wireframes into responsive, interactive web pages.
Optimize websites for performance, scalability, and SEO best practices.
Gather and refine specifications/requirements based on technical and business needs.
Create and maintain explicit technical documentation.
Collaborate with designers, content creators, and marketing teams for seamless project delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
1–3 years of qualified web development experience.
Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
Working knowledge of PHP and JavaScript.
Proven experience with WordPress Core (including WooCommerce theme/plugin development) and Shopify (theme development and customization using Liquid, app integration, and API usage).
