Job Title: Production Operator – MPCVD

Qualification: ITI / 12th Science / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Chemical, Instrumentation or related field.

Experience: Relevant production/equipment operation experience preferred.

Job Responsibilities:
Operate MPCVD reactors as per approved SOPs and process recipes.
Prepare reactors and perform chamber readiness checks.
Safely load and unload substrates/workpieces.
Monitor microwave power, chamber pressure, gas flow, substrate temperature and vacuum levels.
Record process data and maintain production logs.
Handle vacuum systems and process gases as per safety procedures.
Identify abnormal conditions and report to the supervisor.
Perform reactor cleaning and routine preventive maintenance.
Follow EHS, gas-handling and equipment safety requirements.
Work in rotating shifts in a 24×7 manufacturing workplace.

Location: Surat

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
