Responsibilities for External Candidates
Robust experience in developing enterprise web applications.
Expertise on the Microsoft technology stack (ASP.NET MVC 3.5 / 4.0 / 4.5, Web API, SQL Server).
Good knowledge of Client side scripting – JavaScript and JQuery, Kendo.
Knowledge of design patterns is required.
Ability to deliver software and artefacts independently.
Ability to mentor technical teams and evaluate software artefacts.
Ability to communicate with technical experts as well as functional teams.
Demonstrated experience with non-functional requirements like performance, scalability and security.
Ability to propose solutions for design and architecture.
Demonstrated experience in complex software troubleshooting techniques.
Experience in Product Engineering is desirable.
Exposure to Windows Azure is an added advantage.

Responsibilities
Architecture & System Design
Design scalable, resilient, and maintainable systems for enterprise applications
Define architecture standards, design patterns, and best practices across modules




Ensure system design aligns with performance, security, and scalability requirements

Technical Leadership
Guide teams on architecture principles, coding standards, and design decisions
Conduct design and architecture reviews to ensure quality and consistency
Mentor engineers on system design and technical problem-solving

Up-to-date Engineering (Added for current market)
Drive implementation of microservices and cloud-native architectures
Enable adoption of AI-assisted development workflows (Copilot, prompt-based design)
Support integration of AI/ML components into application workflows

Platform & Performance
Identify and resolve system bottlenecks and architectural issues
Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of applications
Contribute to observability and monitoring strategies

DevOps & Cloud
Support CI/CD and DevOps practices for productive development and dep
