Key Responsibilities for Sr. Executive
Customer Account Management
Manage relationships with assigned OEM and Tier-1 customers.
Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and business discussions.
Maintain regular communication with customer purchasing, engineering, quality, and program teams.
Ensure customer satisfaction and support long-term business growth.
Business Development
Identify current business opportunities and upcoming vehicle programs.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Support acquisition of current projects and products.
Develop strategies to increase sales and market share.
RFQ (Request for Quotation) Management
Receive and review customer RFQs.
Coordinate with engineering, costing, manufacturing, and procurement teams.
Prepare commercial quotations and submit them within deadlines.
Clarify technical and commercial requirements with customers.
Pricing and Commercial Negotiation
Conduct pricing discussions and negotiations with customers.
Analyze cost structures and profit margins.
Support annual price reviews and cost-reduction initiatives.
Ensure business profitability while meeting customer expectations.
Project Coordination
Coordinate current product development activities from quotation through SOP (Start of Production).
Monitor project milestones and customer deliverables.
Work closely with R&D;, quality, production, logistics, and procurement teams.
Manage engineering changes and customer requests.
Customer Program Management
Track ongoing customer projects.
Monitor production readiness and launch activities.
Support issue resolution during development and mass production.
