About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruitment Intern to support our Talent Acquisition team across the recruitment lifecycle. This role offers hands-on exposure to sourcing, candidate engagement, interview coordination, and recruitment operations.

Key Responsibilities
Support sourcing of candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
Screen profiles based on job requirements and maintain candidate databases.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Assist in preparing recruitment reports and maintaining hiring trackers.
Support offer coordination and candidate onboarding activities.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.




Work closely with recruiters and business stakeholders to understand hiring requirements.

Skills & Qualifications
Graduate / MBA-HR pursuing or completed preferred.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
Proactive, organised, and willing to learn.
Interest in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment / HR.
