Role Overview:
We are looking for a strategic and analytical Senior Manager / Associate Director – Compensation & Benefits to lead the organization's Total Rewards agenda. The role will work closely with the CHRO, business leaders, HRBPs, Finance, and Talent Acquisition to build competitive, equitable, and performance-driven compensation practices.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and drive the organization's compensation and Total Rewards strategy aligned with business and talent priorities.
Own annual compensation reviews, merit increases, promotions, bonus cycles, and compensation budgeting.
Design and review salary structures, pay ranges, variable pay, incentive plans, and retention programs.
Lead market benchmarking, compensation analytics, internal equity, and pay-gap analysis.
Partner with leadership on compensation decisions for critical roles, senior hires, promotions,



and retention cases.
Develop and enhance the employee benefits and Total Rewards framework.
Build data-driven compensation dashboards and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
Establish strong governance, policies, controls, and compliance around compensation processes.
Lead and develop the Compensation & Benefits team and drive continuous process improvement.

Relevant Experience:
8+ years of relevant experience in Compensation & Advantages / Total Rewards.
MBA/PGDM from a premier institute strongly preferred.
Strong expertise in compensation strategy, benchmarking, salary structures, incentives, benefits, and HR analytics.
Experience partnering with senior leadership and managing complex compensation decisions.
Robust analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
High level of business acumen, maturity, confidentiality, and ownership.
