OPT Team Head / Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced OPT Team Head / Manager to lead our OPT recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in US Staffing, OPT recruitment, team management, candidate placements, and US immigration/employment processes.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the OPT recruitment team and drive placement targets.
Handle end-to-end recruitment of OPT/CPT/STEM OPT candidates.
Source, screen, interview, and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
Coordinate with hiring managers and internal teams on requirements and placements.
Monitor team performance, submissions, interviews, and closures.
Maintain recruitment reports and candidate databases.




Ensure compliance with OPT and US employment regulations.
Support candidate onboarding and provide a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications
6+ years of US Staffing/OPT recruitment experience, including team handling.
Solid knowledge of OPT, CPT, STEM OPT, and US visa types.
Good understanding of W2, C2C, and 1099 tax terms.
Proven track record in candidate placements and team target achievement.
Solid leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Note: Candidates must be comfortable working 100% onsite in Hyderabad during the night shift. No remote option or cab facility is available.
