About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Order Management / E-commerce Executive
to manage day-to-day e-commerce operations and logistics activities. The ideal candidate should have solid organizational and analytical skills, be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and have an interest in growing within the e-commerce industry.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily e-commerce orders, returns, and operational activities.
Monitor and maintain product inventory and ensure accurate operational data.
Prepare daily reports and provide regular updates to the Team Lead.
Analyze operational data, costs, and processes to support business efficiency and profitability.
Identify opportunities to improve productivity and streamline operational procedures.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order and logistics operations.




Communicate regularly with Team Leads, executives, and management regarding operational requirements.
Monitor day-to-day operations and logistics functions.
Contribute to short-term and long-term operational goals.
Identify process gaps and suggest improvements.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth business operations.

Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.
Prior experience in
E-commerce, Business Operations, Order Management, or a similar role
will be preferred.
Valuable understanding of e-commerce operations and order processing.
Ability to monitor orders, returns, inventory, and prepare reports.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a rapid-paced workplace.
