JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a friendly, empathetic and responsible Student Relations Officer to handle student concerns, resolve grievances and ensure a positive and satisfying student experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle and resolve student grievances professionally.
Listen to students and understand their concerns.
Ensure student satisfaction and a positive experience.
Maintain positive relationships with students.
Coordinate with academic and administrative teams.
Follow up on complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Collect and maintain student feedback.
Communicate important updates and information to students.
Handle difficult situations with patience and empathy.




Maintain confidentiality of student information.
