Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive sales growth, manage distributor networks, and lead a team of sales representatives across Tamil Nadu.

The ideal candidate should have robust experience in FMCG(Quick moving consumer goods) or baby care products, deep market understanding, and the ability to execute aggressively at the ground level

Key Responsibilities
Manage and drive sales performance across Tamil Nadu
Handle and expand distributor & dealer network
Lead, monitor, and motivate a team of sales representatives
Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets
Identify current market opportunities and increase product penetration
Ensure strong retail presence and visibility
Plan and execute sales schemes, offers, and promotions




Track competitor activities and market trends
Ensure timely Primary Followup.

Required Skills & Experience
5–10 years of experience in FMCG / Baby Care / Consumer Products
Proven experience in handling regional sales (Tamil Nadu preferred)
Strong distributor network knowledge
Team handling experience (minimum 10+ sales reps)
Target-driven and execution-focused mindset
Good communication and leadership skills
Willingness to travel extensively

Preferred Background
Experience in baby products, pharma distribution, or plastic household products
Existing distributor contacts in Tamil Nadu is a strong advantage

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
