We are looking for an experienced Outreach Specialist to manage and execute link-building and digital PR campaigns across multiple client accounts. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of SEO and outreach, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build lasting publisher relationships. This role also involves campaign performance tracking, client coordination, and mentoring junior team members.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute outreach strategies for multiple client accounts.
Identify high-authority backlink opportunities.
Build long-term relationships with publishers and partners.
Mentor junior outreach executives.
Monitor campaign KPIs and optimize outreach performance.
Coordinate with SEO Managers and Content Writers.
Handle client communication related to outreach campaigns.
Required Skills
2–3 years of outreach or digital PR experience.
Solid understanding of SEO, link-building, and digital marketing.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Experience managing outreach campaigns at scale.
Analytical mindset with reporting skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Experience with SEO and outreach tools is preferred.
Certifications in Digital Marketing or SEO are a plus.
