Role: Factory Manager

The Factory Manager will be responsible for the
end-to-end management of factory operations
, ensuring that production targets, quality standards, shipment schedules, manpower productivity, safety requirements, and operational controls are consistently achieved.

This is a
hands-on factory leadership role
requiring solid floor-level involvement, people management, production planning, problem-solving, and coordination across departments.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee day-to-day factory and manufacturing operations.
Plan production according to confirmed orders, priorities, capacity, and shipment schedules.
Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly production targets are achieved.
Monitor manpower allocation, attendance, productivity, overtime, and workforce utilization.
Coordinate closely with Production, Printing, Quality, Packing, Maintenance, Stores, Procurement and Logistics teams.




Ensure products meet required quality standards and customer specifications.
Identify production bottlenecks and take immediate corrective action to avoid delays.
Monitor rejection, rework, wastage and material consumption and implement measures to reduce operational losses.
Improve productivity, process efficiency and utilization of available machinery and resources.
Coordinate preventive maintenance and ensure minimum production downtime.
Maintain factory discipline, housekeeping, workplace safety and compliance requirements.
Monitor order progress and ensure production is completed in line with committed shipment dates.
Implement SOPs, process controls and continuous improvement initiatives across departments.
Prepare and review daily production reports, productivity reports, efficiency reports and other operational MIS.
Train, guide and develop supervisors and production teams.
Report factory performance, operational issues and improvement actions to man
