Key Responsibilities

A. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
Manage end-to-end recruitment for white-collar / staff positions: JD creation, sourcing, screening, interviews, offer roll-out
Build a talent pipeline using job portals (Naukri, Indeed), LinkedIn, and campus placement drives (ITI/Diploma/MBA institutions)
Coordinate with department heads to identify manpower requirements; maintain a rolling recruitment tracker
Ensure offer letters, appointment letters, and joining formalities are completed on time
Track cost-per-hire and time-to-fill metrics; report monthly to MD

B. Onboarding & Induction
Design and execute a structured 15-day induction program for all recent staff joiners
Coordinate departmental introductions, facility tours, and orientation sessions for recent employees
Ensure new joiner documentation is complete: ID proof, bank details, emergency contact, signed appointment letter, NDA if applicable
Collect recent joiner feedback at Day 15 and Day 30; share insights with MD

C. HR Policy Documentation & Implementation
Draft, update,



and maintain the Employee Handbook, HR SOP Manual, Leave Policy, Code of Conduct, and other HR policies
Ensure all policies are compliant with applicable labour laws and communicated to all employees
Maintain a policy version control register; update policies annually or as required
Prepare HR circulars, memos, and announcements for distribution to all staff

D. Training & Development
Identify training needs through TNA (Training Needs Analysis) in coordination with HODs
Prepare annual Training Calendar; coordinate internal and external training programs
Maintain individual training records for all employees; update skill matrix in coordination with Vikas
Evaluate training effectiveness through post-training assessments and feedback forms
Source relevant vendor-led programs, online certifications, and government-sponsored skill development programs (NSDC, MSME schemes)
