Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR operations along with administrative responsibilities. This is a hands-on role requiring ownership across recruitment, payroll, compliance, and employee lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities
Administration
Manage day-to-day office administration and operations
Ensure smooth functioning of the workplace
Payroll Management
Handle monthly payroll processing and salary disbursement
Maintain attendance, leaves, and employee records
Coordinate with finance for payroll inputs and compliance
Vendor Management
Manage and coordinate with external vendors (HR, admin, compliance, etc.)
Negotiate contracts and ensure service quality and timelines
End-to-End Recruitment
Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)
Manage hiring for both consulting and tech teams
Coordinate interviews, evaluate candidates, and ensure timely closures
Training & Development




Support onboarding and induction processes
Coordinate training programs and track employee development initiatives
Compliance Management
Ensure adherence to labor laws and statutory compliance
Maintain documentation and coordinate audits if required
Employee Lifecycle Management
Manage complete employee lifecycle: onboarding engagement exit
Conduct exit interviews and identify attrition trends
Ensure smooth documentation and handovers

Key Requirements
36 years of experience in HR generalist role
Robust understanding of recruitment, payroll, and HR operations
Experience handling multiple functions independently
Positive communication and coordination skills
High ownership and execution mindset
