Your Job
As a SAP OTC Analyst at Koch, you will play a key role in enabling and enhancing Order-to-Cash capabilities for Georgia-Pacific Building Products. You will collaborate with business partners and global IT teams to design, implement, and support SAP S/4HANA solutions that drive operational excellence and business value. This role offers the chance to work on strategic initiatives, process improvements, and technology transformation projects while supporting critical business operations.

Our Team
You will be part of the Georgia-Pacific Building Products IT organization within the Order-to-Cash team. The team partners closely with business stakeholders and technology specialists across global locations to deliver creative SAP solutions, support business growth, and drive continuous improvement across OTC processes.

What You Will Do
Designing, developing, and configuring SAP OTC solutions in an S/4 HANA landscape
Supporting upgrades, enhancements, and future projects
Troubleshooting customer-reported issues and assisting users with day-to-day support




Analyzing complex business problems to provide solution alternatives and recommendations
Partnering closely with business SMEs to deliver and support required solutions; developing systems to parallel overall business strategies
Gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating requirements into functional and technical solutions
Driving enhancements and contributing to projects across all phases including requirements, design, development, testing, training, implementation, and support
Creating and maintaining functional specifications, configuration documents, and other documentation
Developing and executing test plans including unit and integration testing and coordination of user testing.
Working collaboratively with an extended team of SAP functional and technical resources

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
Minimum of 8 years’ experience working with SAP Order to Cas
