Job Summary

We are looking for a Purchase Executive with 2–3 years of experience to manage purchase activities, vendor coordination, ERP/system work, documentation, and general clerical responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day purchase and procurement activities, including quotations, rate comparisons, Purchase Orders, and vendor follow-ups.
Coordinate with vendors for pricing, availability, delivery schedules, dispatches, shortages, and replacements.
Maintain purchase records, vendor details, quotations, POs, invoices, delivery challans, and other documentation.
The candidate will be required to make outside/local market visits for clerical purchase activities, vendor coordination, collection of quotations/documents, and other purchase-related requirements.
Manage purchase-related entries and records in CRM and prepare reports using MS Excel.
Coordinate with Stores, Production, Maintenance,



Accounts, and other departments for purchase requirements.
Assist in vendor negotiation and ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.
Handle routine clerical, data-entry, filing, email, and administrative work related to the Purchase Department.
Ensure accuracy, timely follow-up, and proper maintenance of all purchase records.

Eligibility & Skills
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant Purchase/Procurement experience.
Experience in Plastic, Masterbatch, Automotive, or Manufacturing Industry will be added advantage
Graduate in any discipline; B.Com/BBA or relevant qualification preferred.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, Email, and ERP/CRM systems.
Valuable communication, negotiation, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Candidates having their own two-wheeler/vehicle will be preferred.

Salary: ₹20,000–₹30,000 per month
