Responsible for overseeing the operations of a company. Lead all Department, develop strategic plans, manage resources and ensure the company achieves its objectives of growth, profitability, and overall success.
Define and drive the overall design vision aligned with the firm’s turnkey corporate interior goals.
Ensure concept-to-completion quality control across all projects (planning, execution, delivery).
Establish design standards, guidelines & benchmarks for the organisation.
Weekly review and optimisation in Design, Project, Procurement and BD Department to achieve Cost Competitive , Within time and Quality work.
Review cross-functional design to reduce gaps and improve collaboration.
Front Face & Lead During presentations For clients during pitching, positioning the firm as a strategic partner rather than a service provider .
Translate client aspirations into creative, cost-effective, and scalable Design Build solutions.
Guiding Team in winning high-value projects through strategic design inputs during pitches and RFPs.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
