We are hiring for a specialised engineering and manufacturing company based in Ahmedabad (Bavla), engaged in the manufacturing and export of engineered metal components and castings for industrial applications.

Job Description

The company is looking for a proactive and organised HR Executive to support day-to-day HR operations, employee engagement, recruitment and workforce management.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day HR and administrative activities.
Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding.
Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
Maintain employee records, attendance and HR documentation.
Assist with joining formalities and employee onboarding.
Handle employee queries and support employee engagement activities.




Coordinate with employees regarding HR policies, procedures and company requirements.
Assist with payroll inputs, leave and attendance management.
Support performance management and employee development activities.
Maintain HR reports and ensure accurate documentation.
Assist management with various HR and administrative requirements.
Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.

Eligibility & Skills
Graduate in HR / Business Administration / Commerce or a related field.
Previous experience in HR operations and recruitment preferred.
Valuable knowledge of recruitment and employee-management processes.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive working knowledge of MS Office / Excel.
Excellent organisational and coordination skills.
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and work independently.
