Job Description

Join Indias largest tyre manufacturing R&D; team and be part of a technically driven setting focused on tyre technology, rubber compounds, materials, product development, and innovation. The role will provide an opportunity to work closely with experienced R&D; professionals on the development, evaluation, and improvement of rubber compounds and tyre products.

Key Responsibilities
Support rubber compound development and formulation activities.
Conduct laboratory testing and evaluation of rubber compounds and raw materials.
Assist in tyre material and product development projects.
Analyze test results and prepare technical reports.
Support troubleshooting and improvement of rubber compound performance.
Collaborate with R&D;, Quality, Manufacturing, and other technical teams.




Contribute to continuous improvement and new product development initiatives.

Qualification
M.Tech / M.E. in Rubber Technology / Rubber Engineering
Freshers to 1 year of relevant experience can apply.
Strong fundamentals in rubber technology, polymer science, and material characterization preferred.
Valuable analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
