About the Role

CSG Advisory is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development to support our business growth and client acquisition initiatives. The ideal candidate should have fluent English, along with a valuable understanding of accounting and taxation.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate current business opportunities and potential clients.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Understand client requirements and present suitable corporate, accounting, and tax-related solutions.
Conduct client meetings, business discussions, and follow-ups professionally.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services.
Stay updated on basic accounting, taxation, and business compliance concepts.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and business communication as required.

Requirements




1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Accounting Services, Taxation, Consulting, or a related field.
Fluent English communication skills – both written and verbal.
Good knowledge of accounting and taxation concepts.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Positive presentation and follow-up abilities.
Self-motivated, professional, and target-oriented.
Ability to understand business requirements and provide appropriate solutions.

Preferred Candidate

A candidate with a combination of business development skills, accounting/tax knowledge, and strong English communication will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
