Profile: Digital Marketing Coordinator

Location: Pitampura, Delhi
Experience: Minimum 3 Years
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary coordinator between the company and external vendors/agencies handling SEO, Social Media, Website Development, and CRM.
Coordinate with vendors for monthly planning, task execution, campaign launches, content, SEO activities, website updates, and CRM enhancements.
Follow up with vendors to ensure timely completion of tasks, resolve issues, and maintain proper communication.
Coordinate with management for creative, campaign, content, and digital activity approvals before implementation.
Monitor SEO performance, keyword rankings, backlinks, website traffic, social media performance, lead generation, and campaign results.
Prior experience in coordinating vendors for designing exhibitions stalls and all related media Files -exhibition e-invites, updating / creating brochures, visiting cards etc,.
Coordinate social media calendars, creatives, posting schedules,



and digital campaigns while ensuring brand consistency.
Ensure the company website is regularly updated with product information, banners, content, and required improvements.
Monitor CRM-related activities and coordinate with vendors for data updates, workflow modifications, system improvements, and user support.
Prepare and review monthly digital marketing reports and provide concise performance updates and improvement suggestions to management.
Maintain proper records of vendor communication, approvals, campaigns, reports, and completed activities.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
Positive understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing, Website Management, and CRM.
Solid coordination and vendor-management skills with excellent English communication.
