Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and empathetic IVF Patient Counsellor (Sales) to join our team in Rajouri Garden/Ghaziabad.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel patients on fertility treatments, procedures, and available options.
Build trust and rapport with patients while addressing their concerns.
Guide patients through the decision-making process with empathy and professionalism.
Achieve sales targets by converting counselling sessions into treatment enrollments.
Requirements
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in fertility counselling, patient counselling, or sales.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to balance empathy with sales-driven goals.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Fluency in Hindi and English preferred.
Compensation
Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000 (fixed) per month
Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives
Training: Comprehensive training will be provided
