The role involves installing, servicing, troubleshooting, and maintaining water purifiers while delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities
Install RO, UV, and UF water purifiers at customer locations.
Perform routine maintenance and preventive servicing.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues.
Replace filters, membranes, pumps, and other spare parts as required.
Educate customers on product usage and maintenance.
Maintain service records and submit daily reports.
Follow company service standards and safety guidelines.
Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and quality service. Eligibility
