Roles & Responsibilities
Drive sales and business development for Eternia Aluminium Windows & Doors in Coimbatore and surrounding markets.
Generate recent business through Architects, Builders, Interior Designers, Contractors, Developers and Premium Homeowners.
Develop and maintain solid relationships with key architects, builders and project consultants.
Identify residential, villa, apartment and commercial projects requiring aluminium windows and doors.
Attend customer enquiries, understand requirements and recommend suitable window/door solutions.
Conduct site visits and preliminary discussions with customers, architects and contractors.
Coordinate with the technical team for site measurements, drawings and product specifications.
Prepare and present quotations, technical proposals and product presentations.
Follow up consistently on quotations and enquiries to convert them into confirmed orders.
Handle price negotiations and commercial discussions and close orders within approved margins.




Maintain an active sales pipeline and ensure every enquiry has a clearly defined next follow-up/action date.
Update all leads, quotations, customer interactions and order status in the CRM/Zoho system.
Coordinate internally with the quotation, technical, order processing and installation teams for smooth execution.
Track customer payments, order progress and project timelines.
Visit ongoing projects regularly and maintain positive relationships with customers until project completion.
Develop new business opportunities and contribute towards achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing and developments in the Aluminium/uPVC Windows & Doors market.
Represent Spectra Traders professionally with architects, builders and premium customers.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with2+ years of experience in Aluminium Windows, uPVC Windows, Faades, Architectural Building Products or Project Sales will be preferred.
