Role & responsibilities

A Sales Manager - Interiors drives revenue growth in the interior design and fit-out industry by leading sales teams, managing client relationships, and building networks with architects and developers. They bridge the gap between creative design concepts and commercial business targets.

Preferred candidate profile

Sales & Revenue Generation
Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual team and individual revenue targets.
Oversee the complete sales pipeline from lead generation to contract closure.
Prepare pricing proposals, cost estimates, and contract negotiations in collaboration with design teams.

Client & Partner Relationship Management
Address customer escalations and ensure exceptional post-sales satisfaction.

Team Leadership & Coaching
Track performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize conversion rates.
Collaborate with internal design and site execution teams for smooth project handovers





Market Analysis & Strategy
Analyse local market trends, competitor pricing, and emerging interior design styles.
Maintain up-to-date records of pipelines, forecasts, and metrics using CRM systems

Education
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or Architecture.
An MBA in Marketing or Sales Management is often preferred by employers

Experience:
3 to 7 years of overall qualified sales experience, with at least 2–4 years specifically focused on interior design, real estate, fit-outs, or the construction sector.

Skills & Competencies
Solid negotiation, communication, and client-handling skills.
Familiarity with design principles, material application, and execution workflows.
Proficiency in CRM tools
