Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced
Java Tech Lead
with strong hands-on expertise in
Java, Microservices, Spring, Cloud, Kubernetes, Docker, and OpenShift
. The candidate will lead technical development, guide engineering teams, contribute to architecture and design, and ensure high-quality delivery of enterprise applications in a banking/payment environment.

Key Responsibilities
Lead development of Java-based Microservices applications.
Design scalable Microservices and cloud-based solutions.
Review code and enforce development best practices.
Mentor and guide developers on technical deliverables.
Troubleshoot application and deployment issues.
Work with Kubernetes, Docker, OpenShift, and cloud environments.
Drive code refactoring, automation,



and engineering improvements.
Participate in architecture and technical design discussions.
Collaborate with engineering, product, and other technical teams.
Support Agile development and delivery activities.
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality technical solutions.

Required Skills & Experience
Robust Java and microservices development experience
Design skills in Java Microservices, cloud, and UI Frameworks
Review, mentor, and guide the team for deliverables.
Troubleshoot and perform deployments
Expertise in Azure, cloud, Kubernetes, Docker, and OpenShift
Previous work experience with the Spring framework
Strong technical development experience in effectively writing code, code reviews, best practices code refactoring
A delivery-focused approach to work and the ability to work without direction
Experience with various source control tools like GIT
Positive to have hands-on experience with Kafka or any Streaming
