Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop recent business opportunities for UPS, inverter, battery, and power backup products.
Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, networking, referrals, and digital channels.
Visit customers to understand their power backup requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Build and maintain robust relationships with corporate clients, dealers, distributors, system integrators, and channel partners.
Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales orders.
Coordinate with technical, operations, and logistics teams to ensure timely order execution.
Follow up on customer inquiries, proposals, and pending orders.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Maintain accurate customer records, sales pipeline, and activity reports in the CRM system.
Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from customers.
Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and customer events when required.

Required Qualifications




Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Electrical, Electronics, or a related field.
2–6 years of experience in UPS, inverter, battery, electrical, power backup, or industrial equipment sales.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
Willingness to travel for customer meetings.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software.
