Automate OPD, IPD and patient coordination processes.
Develop AI-based patient enquiry and follow-up systems.
Automate patient feedback and complaint management.
Automate HR recruitment, onboarding, attendance and HRMS workflows.
Develop automated Billing, TPA and Accounts MIS reports.
Automate marketing leads, follow-ups and WhatsApp communication.
Develop daily, weekly and monthly hospital dashboards.
Integrate HMS, HRMS, Excel, Google Sheets and other software.
Implement ChatGPT/Generative AI solutions for hospital operations.
Develop workflow automation using n8n, Make, Zapier or similar tools.




Use AI to reduce repetitive administrative work and errors.
Train hospital staff on AI tools and automated workflows.
Prepare SOPs and documentation for automation processes.
Monitor automation performance and resolve technical issues.
Ensure patient and employee data confidentiality and access control.
Coordinate with HR, Billing, Accounts, Nursing, MRD, Marketing and Administration.
Track automation KPIs, cost savings and improvement in efficiency.

Pay: ₹23,250.51 - ₹45,000.00 per month
