Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through voice, email, and chat.
Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customers.

Resolve customer issues within the required turnaround time.
Record customer interactions and update relevant information.
Follow company policies, processes, and quality standards.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when required.
Pay: ₹10,526.55 - ₹34,545.50 per month
