. Key Responsibilities
Lead Conversion: Respond quickly to inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins, converting potential leads into confirmed bookings.
Itinerary Design: Create customized international and domestic tour packages, including flights, hotels, sightseeing, and transfers.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to drive company revenue.
Customer Relationship Management: Maintain a clean CRM database and follow up with past clients to build loyalty and secure repeat bookings.
End-to-End Coordination: Guide clients through documentation, visa requirements, and payment processing, providing exceptional support until they return home.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 1–3 years of sales experience in a retail travel agency or tour operating company.
Destination Knowledge: Robust geographical knowledge of popular global holiday destinations.
Communication: Persuasive verbal and written communication skills with a natural ability to close sales.
Software: Familiarity with travel CRM software and basic holiday booking portals.

Pay: ₹9,944.90 - ₹39,988.26 per month
