Role & responsibilities
End-to-end recruitment for BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) profiles.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references and other channels.
Screen and shortlist candidates as per client requirements.
Conduct initial HR interviews and assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Regular follow-up with candidates until joining.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment MIS.
Handle multiple positions and achieve recruitment targets.
Preferred candidate profile
Experience in BFSI recruitment will be preferred.
Valuable knowledge of sourcing through Naukri and other job portals.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Ability to handle recruitment targets and multiple open positions.
Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period preferred.
