Role & responsibilities

Strategic
Facilitate the development of regional sales strategy in collaboration with Regional Head Operations & Sales by providing a thorough analysis on the prospects, market characteristics and potential of the operating zone.

Operational
Implement the annual operating plan for the sales of the specific zone 2. Understand the regional characteristics & trends in the Healthcare and formulate strategies to effectively approach and achieve the referrals from OBG specialists
Oversee the Center Sales Managers & BD executives in approaching the targeted number of OB-GYN specialists and directly meet key OBG specialists to establish the initial rapport
Follow-up with the newly generated leads/ newly approached OB-GYN specialists and persuade them for a tie-up with NOVA in referring the patients to NOVA
Drive the engagement of referral OBG specialists/ Doctors in the zone,



address their grievances and ensure referral bonus is paid in-time by coordinating with Finance team
Maintain center level sales statistics and regularly updating the same 7. Assist Regional Marketing Director as well as Center Heads in rolling out the center level marketing initiatives

Financial
Operate within the allocated budget for the center sales.

People
Ensure timely goal setting, performance review and appraisal for self and the direct reportees
Ensure adequate manpower is being deployed in the team
Provide coaching and training on effective selling to Business Development Executives
Build a highly motivated team sales team at center level by mentoring, coaching and being a role model
