Job Description – Pediatric Sample Collection Expert

Position: Pediatric Phlebotomist / Sample Collection Expert

Key Responsibilities:
Expert in collecting blood samples from newborns, infants, and pediatric patients.
Handle difficult and pediatric sample collections with minimal discomfort to the child.
Properly follow sample collection, labeling, and transportation procedures.
Ensure correct sample quantity and quality for laboratory testing.
Maintain hygiene, infection-control, and safety protocols.
Handle parents/guardians professionally and provide proper guidance before and after collection.
Maintain accurate collection records and coordinate with the laboratory team.
Ability to handle emergency and difficult sampling situations.

Required Experience & Skills:




Proven experience in pediatric and newborn sample collection is mandatory/preferred.
Solid knowledge of pediatric phlebotomy techniques.
Valuable communication and patient-handling skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage difficult samples.
Relevant laboratory/phlebotomy qualification and experience preferred.

Preferred Candidate:
A highly experienced phlebotomist who is specifically skilled in newborn and pediatric blood sample collection.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
