We are looking for a dynamic and confident Telecaller to join our team at iQuest Institute. The role involves handling outbound and inbound calls, sharing information about our courses, and guiding students/parents through the admission process.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents
Handle inbound inquiries and provide complete information about courses and admissions
Pitch institute programs and convert leads into admissions
Share updates, notifications and follow-ups with existing leads
Maintain call records and update data on CRM.
Address queries and provide timely resolutions.

Requirements:
Positive communication skills (Hindi & English required)
Confident, persuasive, and result-oriented personality
Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools




Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is preferred
Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
