Position Overview

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with 4+ years of post-qualification experience in Finance & Accounts. The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on experience in accounting, financial reporting, MIS, reconciliations, month-end/year-end closing, and management reporting.

This prospect is with a growing Advisory/Consulting firm, where the role will involve working closely with clients and handling a broad range of finance and accounting responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end accounting and finance activities for clients.
Handle month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
Prepare and review financial statements, including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account and Cash Flow Statements.
Prepare and analyze MIS reports, management reports and financial dashboards.
Perform bank, ledger, inter-company and other account reconciliations.
Analyze financial performance, variances and key business drivers.
Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.




Ensure accurate accounting and compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams for timely completion of finance and accounting deliverables.
Identify process gaps and recommend improvements in accounting and reporting processes.
Assist clients with financial analysis and provide meaningful insights to management.
Work in a client-facing Advisory/Consulting environment and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.

Candidate Requirements
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory.
Minimum 4+ years of post-qualification experience – Mandatory.
Strong hands-on experience in Finance & Accounts.
Experience in MIS reporting and financial analysis.
Strong knowledge of accounting and financial reporting.
Experience in month-end/year-end closing and financial statement preparation.
