We are looking for a target-driven Team Leader to lead and manage our Education Counselling team, drive admissions, and ensure consistent team performance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate & monitor the counselling team
Achieve daily, weekly & monthly admission targets
Track leads, follow-ups & conversions
Conduct team reviews and provide guidance
Identify performance gaps and improve team productivity
Prepare regular performance reports
Requirements
2+ years of experience in Team Handling / Sales / Counselling
EdTech or Education sector experience preferred
Solid leadership & communication skills
Target-oriented with valuable follow-up skills
English & Malayalam proficiency
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
