Restaurant Manager — Job Description

Position: Restaurant ManagerLocation: Margao, GoaExperience: Prior experience in restaurant/hospitality management preferred

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Supervise and coordinate restaurant staff and work schedules.
Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest concerns professionally.
Monitor food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and service standards.
Manage inventory, stock levels, and wastage.
Handle cash, billing, and daily sales reports.
Coordinate with the kitchen and service team for efficient operations.
Train, motivate, and maintain discipline among staff.
Ensure compliance with restaurant policies and safety standards.




Assist in achieving sales and operational targets.

Requirements
Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
Solid communication and leadership skills.
Valuable knowledge of restaurant operations.
Ability to manage staff and work under pressure.
Customer-oriented attitude.
Adaptable to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Knowledge of local language(s) is an advantage.

Salary: Based on experience and skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
