About Growbro

We are looking for a B2B Sales Executive who can take ownership of the sales process — from prospecting and outreach to product demos, follow-ups and closing.

Responsibilities
Identify and research potential B2B customers.
Prospect companies through LinkedIn, Google, Instagram, databases and other channels.
Identify decision-makers such as Founders, CEOs, Marketing Heads and Sales Heads.
Conduct cold calls, LinkedIn outreach and cold DMs.
Understand prospects' business requirements and identify relevant use cases for Growbro.
Qualify leads and schedule/conduct product demos.
Follow up consistently with prospects.
Handle objections,



negotiations and closing.
Maintain and update the CRM regularly.
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Experiment with new outbound sales strategies to improve conversion.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, SaaS sales, inside sales or business development.
Solid communication and negotiation skills.
Comfortable with cold calling and LinkedIn outreach.
Target-oriented and highly motivated.
Comfortable speaking with business owners and senior decision-makers.
Robust follow-up and closing skills.
Experience with CRM tools is preferred.
SaaS/software sales experience is a plus.
