About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Analytics / BI professional to join an Analytics & Optimization team supporting digital payment and checkout services.

The role is focused on using data, analytics and business intelligence to understand product performance, identify trends and anomalies, support optimization opportunities, and provide actionable insights to Product, Engineering and business stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will be hands-on with Tableau, Power BI and SQL, with robust experience in dashboard development, data analysis, reporting and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop and maintain interactive Tableau and Power BI dashboards for business and product reporting.
Build complex SQL queries and data extracts for dashboards, reporting and ad-hoc analysis.
Analyze data to identify trends, anomalies, performance gaps and optimization opportunities.
Perform ad-hoc data pulls and analytical investigations based on business requirements.
Create and automate recurring monthly reports using Excel and PowerPoint.




Perform testing and validation of newly developed dashboards and reports.
Reconcile dashboard/reporting metrics with source data and ensure data accuracy.
Translate business and product reporting requirements into technical and data requirements.
Partner closely with Product, Engineering and business stakeholders.
Manage multiple analytics, reporting and dashboard initiatives concurrently.
Communicate analytical findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Support product health monitoring, initiative tracking, product enhancement reporting, marketing analytics and recent market/partner launch monitoring.

Must-Have Skills
5 plus years of relevant experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Product Analytics or a related field.
Robust hands-on experience with Tableau.
Hands-on experience with Power BI.
Strong SQL skills with experience writing complex quer
