Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced EPABX Engineer responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and support of EPABX/VoIP telephone systems and related communication infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain EPABX / IP-PBX systems.
Configure extensions, SIP trunks, DID numbers, IVR, call forwarding, voicemail, and hunt groups.
Troubleshoot telephone lines, extensions, IP phones, and connectivity issues.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of EPABX systems.
Configure and support IP Phones, Analog Phones, Digital Phones, and SIP Phones.
Diagnose issues related to voice quality, call drops, echo, and connectivity.
Coordinate with telecom service providers for PRI, SIP, ISDN, and other voice services.




Maintain proper documentation of extensions, cabling, configurations, and system changes.
Conduct site visits for installation, troubleshooting, and customer support.
Provide technical support and user assistance for telephone and communication systems.
Ensure proper backup of EPABX configurations and maintain service records.
Coordinate with network teams for LAN, VLAN, IP addressing, and PoE requirements for IP telephony

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
