Panda International is looking for a proactive, responsible and growth-oriented
Assistant Operations Manager
to support and manage our day-to-day business operations.

This role is ideal for someone with strong communication and management skills who can handle
clients, projects, sales, business development, marketing and internal operations
while ensuring the business runs smoothly.

We are looking for someone who can
take ownership of responsibilities, work independently, solve problems and bring new ideas to the business

Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate daily business operations.
Communicate with clients professionally and maintain strong client relationships.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the team accordingly.
Ensure projects and client work are completed and delivered
on time

Manage client follow-ups, queries and ongoing communication.
Support
sales and business development
, including lead generation, follow-ups and conversions.




Assist with marketing campaigns and social media activities.
Monitor client payments, revenue and business performance.
Coordinate with internal team members and track assigned tasks and deadlines.
Identify operational issues and implement practical solutions.
Improve existing systems and processes to make operations more productive.
Plan and execute current ideas and business growth initiatives.
Take responsibility for assigned projects from planning through completion.
