Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations in a rapid-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will act as a key link between the sales team, customers, finance, production, and logistics departments to ensure smooth order processing, timely delivery, and excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and support the sales team in daily operational and administrative activities.
Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, purchase orders, order confirmations, and sales reports.
Handle end-to-end order processing and ensure timely execution of customer orders.
Maintain and update accurate customer data in the CRM system.
Manage customer communication, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues promptly.
Follow up with clients regarding orders, deliveries, and payment status.




Coordinate with finance, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Maintain sales records and generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Ensure customer satisfaction through timely communication and service support.
Act as a communication bridge between sales, operations, and internal departments.
Support the sales team in achieving monthly and annual targets.

Required Skills & Competencies
Robust knowledge of sales coordination and order management processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
Experience with CRM systems
Strong follow-up and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Ability to work under pressure in a manufacturing workplace.
Good understanding of sales workflow in industrial/manufacturing sector.
