Key Responsibilities
Incoming inspection of raw materials, castings, forgings, machined components, and bought-out items.
Verification of supplier documents, including Material Test Certificates (MTC), Test Certificates (TC), Certificates of Conformance (CoC), and dimensional inspection reports.
Inspection of incoming materials against engineering drawings, specifications, purchase order requirements, and applicable standards.
Verification of material identification, dimensions, visual quality, and hardness, as applicable.
Review of customer and supplier quality requirements and documentation.
Identification and segregation of nonconforming materials, and preparation of NCRs/deviation reports.
Coordination with suppliers and internal departments to resolve incoming quality issues.
Maintenance of inward inspection records and quality documentation.
Monitoring and control of customer-provided materials and inspection equipment, where applicable.
Support supplier quality improvement activities and corrective action follow-up.
Valuable knowledge about GD & T and instrument handling
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
