Job Role: Relationship Manager

Job Description
Manage and maintain solid relationships with new and existing customers.
Generate leads through field sales, references, and market activities.
Promote and sell insurance and other BFSI products.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable financial products.
Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into business.
Achieve assigned sales and business targets.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries.
Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding and policy processing.
Participate in office and field-based sales activities.
Contribute to overall business growth through customer acquisition and relationship management.

Candidate Eligibility
Qualification: Graduate; passing certificate is mandatory.
Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in Insurance, BFSI Sales, or Hardcore Sales.
Age: 22–39 years.
Two-Wheeler: Mandatory.
PAN Card: Mandatory.




Candidates with stable employment history are preferred.
Candidates with career gaps or stability issues are not eligible.

Salary & Benefits
Fixed In-Hand Salary: ₹21,500 (₹25,000 CTC) to ₹30,000 (₹35,000 CTC), based on experience and valid documents.
