Role Overview

We are looking for a energetic and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Executive to join our EmployAbility team. The individual will support end-to-end recruitment activities, build candidate pipelines, coordinate with employers, and contribute to inclusive hiring initiatives. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about recruitment, relationship building, and creating social impact.

Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Sourcing & Recruitment
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, educational institutions, NGOs, and other sourcing channels.




Screen candidate profiles and conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews.
Assess candidate suitability based on job requirements and employer expectations.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
Support the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.

Candidate Engagement
Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Guide candidates regarding interview schedules, documentation, assessments, and onboarding requirements.
Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and follow-ups.
Address candidate queries and provide necessary support during the recruitment process.

Employer Coordination
Coordinate with employers to understand hiring requirements and job descriptions.
