■ Job Overview

The Executive – Sales & Marketing will be responsible for driving business growth by promoting

THK's linear motion and automation products to OEMs, machine builders, industrial customers,

and authorized distributors in the region. The role involves customer acquisition, relationship

management, technical sales support, and market development activities to expand THK's

presence in the Indian manufacturing sector.

■ Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain solid relationships with OEMs, machine builders, end-users, and THK

Authorized Distributors.
Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads within the assigned territory.
Promote THK products including LM Guides, Ball Screws, Actuators, and other motion control

solutions.
