Job Summary

Blue Bells Group of Schools is seeking a agile and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for teaching, non-teaching, administrative, and leadership positions across the Group. The incumbent will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, assessing, and onboarding high-quality talent aligned with the vision, values, and academic excellence standards of the institution.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from manpower requisition to onboarding.
Coordinate with Principals, Academic Heads, and Department Heads to understand staffing requirements.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, recruitment consultants, and skilled networks.
Screen applications and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Schedule and coordinate interviews, demonstration classes,



assessments, and selection processes.
Maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
Ensure timely closure of vacancies while maintaining quality hiring standards.

Candidate Experience & Onboarding
Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Prepare and issue offer letters and appointment-related documentation.
Coordinate pre-joining formalities, document verification, and onboarding processes.
Facilitate smooth induction and orientation of current employees.

Recruitment Operations & Compliance
Maintain recruitment databases, trackers, and employee records.
Conduct reference checks and background verification as per organizational requirements.
Ensure compliance with school policies, statutory requirements, and recruitment guidelines.
Generate recruitment MIS reports and present hiring metrics to management.
