About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for apparel and fashion industry roles. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of the apparel sector, a proven recruitment track record, and the ability to source and close candidates efficiently across functions

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for apparel, garment, retail, merchandising, production, sourcing, quality, design, sales, and support functions.
Understand manpower requirements and prepare effective sourcing strategies.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, consultants, job portals, and other channels.
Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate assessments.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
Manage offer negotiations and candidate closures.
Maintain a solid candidate pipeline for critical and recurring positions.




Track recruitment metrics including Time to Hire, CV-to-Interview ratio, Interview-to-Offer ratio, Offer-to-Join ratio, and Recruitment TAT.
Handle bulk hiring and replacement hiring requirements when required.
Coordinate with candidates during the notice period and ensure smooth joining.
Maintain accurate recruitment MIS and provide regular hiring status reports to management.
Build and maintain relationships with recruitment consultants and external hiring partners.
Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and HR standards.

Candidate Profile
Minimum 4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the apparel, garment, fashion, textile, retail, or lifestyle industry.
Strong understanding of apparel industry functions and profiles.
Excellent sourcing and candidate evaluation skills.
Solid communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
