Key Roles & Responsibilities - Senior Graphic Designer
Develop creative and commercially suitable artwork for sheet metal printing and other packaging materials.
Create recent packaging concepts based on customer requirements and brand guidelines.
Adapt existing artwork for different product sizes, SKUs, languages, and pack formats.
Maintain consistency of fonts, logos, graphics, images, and brand elements.
Create artwork according to approved packaging dielines and structural specifications.
Sheet-Fed Offset Printing – Technical Knowledge
Solid practical knowledge of sheet-fed offset printing processes.
Understand printing sequence, plate requirements, paper/substrate selection, ink coverage, registration, and printability.
Prepare artwork according to the requirements of the offset printing machine and production process.
Understand CMYK process colours and Pantone/spot colours.
Check colour separations and ensure correct colour plates are generated.
Understand trapping, overprinting, knockouts, screening, dot gain, registration, and ink coverage.




Coordinate with the press operator and production team to resolve artwork-related printing issues.
Support colour matching and approval during machine trials/press checks.
Prepress & Artwork Preparation
Prepare print-ready PDF/AI/CDR/INDD files for production.
Conduct detailed preflight checks before releasing artwork.
